Iulia is a seasoned business professional with over a decade of experience in HR, digital marketing, sales, and administration. Her expertise spans a wide range of skills, including business analysis, project management, accounting, market research, change management, interpersonal communication, strategic planning, problem-solving, IT integration, design thinking, and analytical prowess.

Throughout various roles, she has demonstrated exceptional organizational abilities and effective communication, consistently prioritizing quality. Renowned for her dynamism, adaptability, and autonomy, Iulia excels with precision and seamlessly adjusts to new challenges.

Since 2018, she has held the position of VP Events for OWIT Lake Geneva, assuming the role of President in 2022-2023 term. She is dedicated to establishing impactful personal and professional development programs for women in both local and international industries and NGOs.

Economics and Finance Professional with extensive expertise in quantitative modelling, asset and liability management (ALM), performance and risk management, strategic balancesheet optimization, financial risk modelling (VaR, duration gap), capital adequacy planning, and regulatory compliance (Basel III, LCR, NSFR), delivering high-impact KPI/KRI reporting and presentations for senior decision-makers. With dual PhDs in Economics and Finance from University of Geneva (2014) and from Bucharest University of Economic Studies (2009), she currently serves as a Senior Researcher & Lecturer at University of Geneve and University of Fribourg, teaching across Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, and Executive programs. She is passionate about applying AI/ML methods to drive innovation in finance, and her research spans sustainable and digital finance, banking risk management, and macroprudential policy, with over 100 peer-reviewed publications, and a strong presence at international conferences. Active in governance and professional networking, including UNIGE Quality Committee, OWIT, Club Finance Genève,  OpRisko, Basel III compliance groups, she has worked closely with the public and private sector on compliance, reporting, policy formulation, executive program coordination, and advisory roles. Trilingual in English, French, and Romanian, she integrates academic excellence with practical insight to support data-driven decision-making and sustainable innovation in modern finance.

Antonia Lomer is a Digital Tech Innovator and Founder of Disruptive Humans.

With more than a decade of global innovation roles at Vodafone, Oracle, Accenture, and Temenos, she pioneers unexplored territories in technology and transformation. Alongside her corporate work, she is deeply committed to social innovation, with a focus on empowering women to navigate change and rise above challenges. Guided by her motto: Innovate Today. Change before you’re forced to, she inspires people and organizations to embrace disruption as an opportunity for growth.

Ioana Stoica is a professional specialising in sustainability, corporate social responsibility, communications, and event coordination. Her career includes roles at OMV Petrom and Ursus Breweries, where she worked on sustainability reporting, social investment programmes, employee engagement, and partnerships with NGOs and public institutions. As Senior Sustainable Development Specialist at Ursus Breweries, she led sustainability reporting aligned with international standards and coordinated CSR programmes, communications, and corporate volunteering.

In Geneva, Ioana has brought this experience to community-focused organisations through volunteer roles in events and digital communications, including OWIT Lake Geneva, the Geneva Innovation Movement Association, and the Romanian Business Club of Switzerland. Her work combines project coordination, partnership development, and creative storytelling, including photography and digital content. She holds a master’s degree in Marketing and Business Communication from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies.

Jelena Milenkovic is a strategic projects and partnerships professional with over ten years of experience in institutional and international environments. She has worked within government and academia, as well as with international organizations, civil society and private-sector partners, leading complex initiatives and building collaborations around shared goals.

Passionate about creating meaningful connections between people and organizations, Jelena joined OWIT Lake Geneva to contribute to its mission of supporting women in developing their professional and economic potential. As VP Partnerships & Events, she focuses on building partnerships and creating meaningful opportunities for exchange, learning and connection within the OWIT community.
