Do you often wonder why you set a goal early in the year to discover a year later it has not been reached? How do you feel rewriting it again on the next year's resolutions list and telling yourself that now you will surely work on it to make it happen?

Let's stop this pattern of planning, procrastinating and giving up! In this interactive workshop we will work to build an effective strategy how from now on to reach the goals you set for yourself. And reach them efficiently - in 100 days! Come equipped with creativity, motivation, and eagerness to learn.

About the Workshop and Facilitator

Helen Fatkulbayanova, MBA

is a half-marathon competitor, talent development consultant, a certified hypnotherapy practitioner and business/ career coach. She is a long-time member of OWIT, currently serving in a role of VP of Marketing Communications. Helen works with professionals, entrepreneurs and recent graduates to accompany them in transition and transformation, be it in their career or personal lives.

This workshop is designed by Helen as an OWIT-Get-Together (OGT) to inspire OWIT members to make their dreams reality; reality that does not have to wait for the next year or for certain conditions to happen. She will share with the participants an approach that worked for her and many of her coaching clients.

Helen runs training workshops in organizations on other topics she feels passionate about, such as Build Your Charisma for Greater Effectiveness, Manage Your Personal Brand, and Spring Jump Your Creativity.
