Panelists' bios:
Kristin Engvig, Social Entrepreneur, is the pioneering founder of WIN, a global women's leadership organization. Kristin's thought leadership and innovative work on authentic, feminine and global leadership has attracted more than 16 000 leaders to be a part of the program.
Kristin has worked for JPMorgan, Citibank, Innovation Norway, and as an international strategy and marketing consultant around the world.
René Mägli has been the CEO of MSC Agency Basel, agent for Switzerland, of the world’s 2nd biggest shipping company - MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company since 1981.
MSC Agency Basel has 120 employees, with only 4 men and none of them in managing positions. Mr Mägli has dedicated himself to promoting the ‘womanpower’ for more than 15 years.
Jane posesses a unique mix of traditional HR, risk and commercial experience, lending an original perspective to leading strategic change.
Throughout her career, Jane has worked for various organisation such as BP, Chaucer Consulting, Genactis and British American Tabacco.
Before joining SGS Group Management Ltd, Christoph held the position of CIO at CompuGroup Medical and VP Global Infrastructure Services & Member of the Management Board at Schindler Informatik AG.
Since completing his degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies, his 20-year international career in IT has included time spent working in Germany at Heidelberg Cement and in Belgium at Johnson Controls.
Nuno has been working for Caterpillar for over than 10 years and has held positions in Europe, Africa and Middle East. His expertise lies in sales, marketing and financial services.
Most recently Nuno has been working with Caterpillar dealers in Africa and Middle East to lead sales teams working across Africa. Prior to joining Caterpillar Nuno worked in the banking services and a shipping agency.
Meg brings more than 10 years of experience with the United Nations. As Chief, Economic Empowerment, UN Women, she led the entrepreneurship and migration portfolios.
At the International Trade Centre she developed the Global Platform for Action on Sourcing from Women Vendors (now SheTrades) that has delivered more than USD50m in sales and letters of intent for women entrepreneurs from developing and least developed countries.
Meg has received multiple awards for her contribution to women's economic empowerment and has sat on several boards including the Australia-Swiss Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
