Maninder Kartik, Vice President – IT, accomplished and experienced senior Digital and Technology Leader with diverse experience across multiple geographies and industries (FMCG, Healthcare, Retail & Manufacturing) in large global organizations. Proven success of driving the digital transformation agenda for future value creation while influencing and leading change. Led technology enabled strategic programs to drive top line growth and productivity. Experience of leading due diligence for boards for numerous Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures.
Bart Prinssen, Director of E&VC at FIBA, international business executive with a strong commercial focus. Experienced with complex transformation strategies in different industries. Currently driving the innovation strategy at FIBA with strong focus on digitization in the sports technology (Fan engagement, player data and other monetization strategies). Strong believer in empowering others so they can thrive. Leader of a diversified team (gender, cultural background, age).
David Vaury, Director, People & Organization advisory PricewaterhouseCoopers AG, is an organizational transformation expert with 10+ years of business transformation consulting experience across countries and 10+ experience as Transformation director in the service industry. He has led large scale programmes on digital, cultural and structural transformation.
Hajar El Haddaoui, Senior Director, Executive Board Member NTT Data Inc., alongside her “side job” as an advisor /consultant, Hajar is a senior Director and member of the executive Board at NTT Switzerland and has been with the IT industries over 18 years. Proven executive with global experience, client leader and change agent. She has held global and regional roles focused on Corporate Strategy, Transformation, Change and Innovation. She was granted the Business leader Award for best all-round female In IT in Europe. She is a member of the advisory Board of MOD-ELLE, Member of the Advisory council of WINconference, Member of the assembly of delegates of Vaud chamber of commerce, frequent public speaker and an active contributor to inclusive leadership and advocate for the SDGs.
Nadia Mojahed, Digital SEO Consultant, is the founder of SEO Transformer, a digital SEO consultancy based in Switzerland and is also the Geneva Chapter Lead for Women in Digital Switzerland.
Anca Gosling, Director, Training Content & Development at Aeroclass/Avia Solutions Group, has +10 years of experience in the development, design and implementation of training programs worldwide. She worked in senior positions at United Nations Training and Development Institute (UNITAR), IATA and more recently at Aeroclass/Avia Solutions Group. She is passionate about empowering people through access to training and development.
