Our guest speaker is Judith Fuhrmann, author of 'Inspirations from Abroad for a Happier Life at Home,’ and a researcher with a Ph.D. in Development Studies. Judith has worked and lived across the world, including Germany, the U.S., Mexico, the Netherlands, France, Switzerland, India, China, and Japan.
Since becoming a mom, she’s been on a quest to explore tools and techniques that can bring more joy, meaning, and lightheartedness to women juggling child-raising joys and responsibilities with career and personal aspirations. Her techniques, based on Positive Psychology theories and tools, have brought more joy to busy moms worldwide.
