On the occasion of Women’s Month and the 8 March International Day of Women’s Rights, OWIT Lake Geneva invites you to a special afterwork in Lausanne dedicated to the power of women coming together.
This evening is all about real stories: moments when collaboration, mutual support, and shared courage between women created a meaningful impact – in careers, businesses, communities, or personal lives. You’ll be invited to reflect on your own experiences, share if you wish, and draw inspiration from others’ journeys of connection and sisterhood.
We will explore questions such as:
- What happens when women truly back each other, instead of competing?
- Which moments of collaboration have changed your path, even in small ways?
- How can we cultivate more spaces where women feel seen, supported, and encouraged to grow together?
This afterwork is about leading by example – not through theory, but through our own stories.
This Lausanne afterwork will be hosted by our OWIT Lake Geneva Lausanne events volunteer team:
- Alina – passionate about creating meaningful connections, community care and women uplifting each other through honest conversations and shared experiences.
- Lili – an entrepreneur and communication professional, passionate about helping ideas, brands and people shine, and using storytelling to give visibility to what truly matters.
- Cécile – passionate about sustainability, social impact and building bridges between communities, always looking for ways to turn values into concrete action and collaboration.
They will gently guide the flow of the evening, offering prompts, examples and space for participants to share at their own pace.
