You’ll leave this session with a clearer understanding of how to protect and direct your energy, rather than letting external pressures dictate your pace. By the end, you’ll feel more grounded, intentional, and equipped with daily rituals that help you show up as your best self – for your work, your team, and the women you will mentor in turn. This isn’t just about managing stress – it’s about designing the inner energy you need to lead and thrive in global trade.
