In this 90-minute, hands-on atelier, you will work directly on your own LinkedIn profile to make it clearer, more visible, and more aligned with your professional goals. We will start with a short diagnostic to understand your needs, then structure and highlight the key elements you should have on your profile – whether you are looking for a new role, building your business, or growing your professional visibility in trade and related industries.

This workshop is delivered by Iulia Popescu, President of OWIT Lake Geneva, HR professional, and AI & digital tools enthusiast, who combines recruitment insights with a practical approach to personal branding on LinkedIn. In the first 30–45 minutes, Iulia will guide you through the core elements of an effective profile, how LinkedIn search and ATS-friendly profiles work, and why features like your headline, About section, skills, and activity matter for being found by recruiters and potential clients. The remaining time will be dedicated to exercises, live feedback, and using digital tools to analyse and improve your presence.

During the workshop, you will work on competencies such as:

• Auditing your current profile and identifying the gaps that block visibility and opportunities
• Structuring your headline, About, experience, and skills so that you are findable for the roles or clients you want
• Understanding how LinkedIn search, Social Selling Index (SSI), and activity impact your reach and credibility
• Using simple tools to spot missing relationships, optimise keywords, and make your profile more attractive for recruiters and decision-makers
